What we collect through this site, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Last updated 27 August 2026.
This policy explains what personal information MithilAI Solutions collects through mithilai.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
MithilAI Solutions is an ERP consultancy company. We implement, support, upgrade and automate ERP systems for business. This website is operated by Mithilai Solutions Private Limited, registered in India, and is the data fiduciary for the information described here.
You can reach us about anything in this policy via contact page.
What we collect
When you contact us
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number and a message. Those details are sent to us by email. They are not saved into a database on this website.
Please send only what is needed to describe your enquiry. Do not put commercially sensitive information, system credentials or personal data in the form.
When you apply for a role
The application form asks for your name, email address, phone number and your CV, and optionally a link to your profile. These are emailed to us so we can consider your application.
An attached CV is passed straight to HR email and is not saved on this website. It is never placed in any folder that can be reached from the web.
Automatically, when you visit
Our hosting provider records standard server logs: IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the date and time. These logs keep the site secure and running, and are not used to build a profile of you.
Cookies
This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, and remembers your choice if you respond to our cookie notice. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics later, this policy and the cookie notice will be updated before it goes live.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and, if it goes further, to scope and deliver work for you.
- To send updates you have asked to receive.
- To keep the website available, secure and free of abuse.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Who else handles it
We keep this list short on purpose. Personal information reaches only the service providers we need to run the business:
- Our hosting provider, which runs the website, its email delivery and its backups.
- Our email provider, which carries the messages you send us and any updates we send you.
- Professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it.
Where it is held
We work with clients in India, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand and Singapore, and our service providers operate internationally. Your information may therefore be processed outside the country you live in. Where that happens, we rely on the contractual protections offered by those providers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. Subscriber details are kept until you unsubscribe. Records we must retain for tax or contractual reasons are kept for as long as the law requires. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information of yours we hold;
- correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
- delete it, where we have no obligation to keep it;
- stop sending you updates;
- withdraw a consent you previously gave.
We will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm who you are before acting, so that we are not disclosing someone’s information to the wrong person.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you may complain to the data protection authority where you live. In India, that is the Data Protection Board established under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection, access to our systems is limited to people who need it, and backups are taken regularly. No website can promise perfect security, but if a breach ever affects your information we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be made obvious rather than buried.
