ERP Application Support Consultant
Location: Onsite: Erode, Tamil Nadu, India · Epicor ERP · 2–4 years’ experience
MithilAI Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic ERP Application Support Consultant to support, enhance, and continuously improve ERP solutions for our clients.
This role provides hands-on exposure to Epicor ERP support, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and business process improvements while working with functional and technical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level support for Epicor ERP, investigating issues and delivering effective solutions.
- Work with business users to understand processes and improve areas across manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, inventory, logistics, and finance.
- Support ERP configuration, security, user administration, testing, upgrades, and system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot ERP processes, integrations, interfaces, and scheduled jobs.
- Analyse recurring issues and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Create and maintain documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles.
- Assist with user training and adoption of Epicor ERP solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams on dashboards, reports, BPMs, integrations, and ERP improvements.
What you’ll bring
- 2–4 years of experience in ERP, enterprise applications, application support, or manufacturing systems.
- Experience with Epicor ERP is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of business processes, especially manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, procurement, or finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root-cause analysis.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business users and technical teams.
- Experience with ERP testing, UAT, upgrades, or system configuration.
- Willingness to learn and develop expertise in Epicor ERP and business process improvement.
